  1. Empower people to solve their own problems rather than solving them for them. Related:
    • Beaurocracy/regulation is bad as a null hypothesis: much of it is setup with the intent of solving problems for people/preventing problems from occuring in ways that could be better achieved by enabling people
    • Universal Basic Income is probably a good idea: it empowers people without the need of government oversight to determine who deserves it and who doesn’t – everyone gets it.
    • Zoning is generally bad, large building projects are generally bad
